About us:

The company Albrecht-Immobilien-International (AII) was created in 1994 by Mrs. Gesine Albrecht. This company was formed in addition to an already established company grounded in 1989 known as Dreamhouse which only focused on the German market. Since the year 2001 AII concerned itself intensively on the Croatian market and we are proud to say that we are one of the leading internationally enterprises in this sector. With the company headquarters in Germany and the central office in Opatija as well as our co-workers throughout the whole Croatian coast (Zadar, Vodice, Trogir, Makarska and Dubrovnik as well as Zagreb a comprehensive sales and service structure is in place. Since 2005 when entered into a joint venture with one German - Croatian builder who are able to offer.

How are work:

All our co-workers work to a very high standard of product knowledge and honestly is very important when dealing with customers. Also for this reason we have never had to cancel a sale and have never had support a customer throughout a a court proceeding. We provide to all our customer up-to-date purchase for a safe property purchase via our Newsletters.

The drawing up of the contracts and the monitoring of the purchase procedure are done by the principle manager and the lawyers. We will not sell a property that does not have 100% of the paperwork available and in order. All paperwork and the contracts are translated in your respective language before the sale.
